#### What product/components do you use and which version/fix level are you on?

10.11

#### Is your question related to the free trial, or to a production (customer) instance?

customer

#### What are you trying to achieve? Please describe it in detail.

I want to create Logfile request operation using the UI. I have added c8y\_LogfileRequest in the supported operation and see the Logs tab but the “Request Log” button in the Request Log File dropdown is disabled. I suspect it could be because of empty “Type of Log” dropdown field but i don’t see any value in the dropdown to select.

#### Do you get any error messages? Please provide a **full error** message screenshot and log file.

#### Have you installed all the latest fixes for the products and systems you are using?

This thread can be closed. The issue was missing c8y\_SupportedLogs fragment in the device. Once it was defined as stated in the [Device management library - Cumulocity IoT Guides](https://cumulocity.com/guides/reference/device-management-library/#setting-supported-logs) , the issue got resolved
