# EPL Mail not triggerring/triggerring 2 times!

I have an EPL program which should run whenever some events happened related to sensor device data and it will trigger mail to respective users whoever concerned in that device, But Intermittently that EPL program not working if that event happens!

e.g: while we push Device Data, it will trigger alarms if we have any faults fields in that json data or if sensor has reached the expiry date. We noticed that, its used to work previously but intermittently its not worked, We used to resolve that issue by refreshing the EPL page and it started to work! But everytime we cannot refresh the page. Please provide permanent solution for this.

If so please share some details like EPL code and log which might help to understand the issue.  
The logs of apama can be found in `Administration` → `Ecosystem` → `Microservices` → `apama-ctrl-*` → `logs`
