# Error occurs when i tried to offload data using DATAHUB service in Cumulocity IoT

#### _Detailed explanation of the problem:_

error occurs when i tried to offload data using DATAHUB service in cumulosity  
Query processing error

Invalid Query Exception. MongoQueryException: Query failed with error code 13436 and error message ‘node is not in primary or recovering state’ on server cumulocity-azure-fra-prod-mongo-2:27011

Hello,  
could you please provide a bit more detail?  
Which environment is it? [Cumulocity.com](http://Cumulocity.com)? Tenant name?

The error message points towards an infrastructure topic, so it might be better to create a support ticket.

EMEA environment ;  
datahub service ;  
Management tenant ( not subtenant it is direct tenant )

The issue seems to be an effect of a DB issue posted on [status.cumulocity.com](http://status.cumulocity.com):
