Our company is using external vendor to get WhatsApp orders . They are providing webhook ,API keys and secret .how can I use it to track the orders and log it in to excel or DB .Please guide

@Pavithra_Ashok Can you please elaborate which role Cumulocity IoT has in your use case?  
If it comes to integration of a 3rd Party API you can implement that within a microservice very easily.
