Hi Rushikesh,  
a good starting point is probalbly Christians Cumulocity IoT Web Development Tutorial. In Part 3 ([Link](https://community.cumulocity.com/t/cumulocity-iot-web-development-tutorial-part-3-query-data-from-cumulocity-iot/7678)) he describes how to query the last measurement from a device and how to subscribe to realtime notifications.
