In the predictive analytics, Anomaly detection use case steps:  
following this documentation [https://cumulocity.com/guides/machine-learning/web-app/](https://cumulocity.com/guides/predictive-analytics/web-app/#managing-models) , the uploading model part. when i upload the PMML file , an error appears even thou the PMML cleanser is enabled, also If the PMML file is large , they recommend compressing the file using ZIP before uploading. This will reduce the upload time drastically , i did that as well and the same error appears with no model uploading . It Fails!

You have posted to the wrong forum. Predict is Software AG’s dictionary and Predict Application Control is their code migration tool. Neither is related to predictive analytics.
