# Reoccuring Invalid Credentials Error on Cumulocity IoT Free Trial

I signed up for the free trial here: [https://cumulocity.com/try-cumulocity-free/](https://cumulocity.com/try-cumulocity-free/)
I received an automated email from Philip Hooker and clicked on the link to access the tool. However, when I tried to log in, I received an “Invalid Credentials” error. I have attempted to reset my password three times, all with the same end result of “Invalid Credentials”.
How do I gain access?
