Hi Guys

Detailed explanation of the problem:

I’ve add the device replacement wizard plugin to one of our custom application but I didn’t see the wizard icon to replace a device (when I click on more in a device there is nothing appearing). Do we have a process to follow for adding it correctly to an instance ?

Question related to a free trial, or to a production (customer) instance?

It is an edge instance in version 1017.0.223.

Hi Kai,

this plugin was developed quite some time ago as a proof-of-concept and was no longer developed/maintained and probably has some incompatibilities with the version you are using.
As device replacement is now officially supported within the product, I would recommend that you to use that: Viewing all devices - Cumulocity documentation although it might not yet be available with 1017.
