Not receiving the free trail activation mail

Hello, I am trying to create a free trail account but I am receiving any email to my work mail. Can someone help please, user is arunchouhan2

If you already have an active free trial using the same email address, you can’t create a new one. Please share the email address you used to sign up for the free trial so we can look into this for you. You can reach us at starter@cumulocity.com

Thank you for responding, Nadia. I used removed e-mail address as my registration mail and I don’t have any active account on the same. When I try to register I never receive any mails from Cumulocity though I checked the junk folders as well. Thanks
