Hello everyone, my previous account expired with the raspberry pi regitred to it, I created a new account but when i tried to re-register ,the same raspberry pi to this new account it says “Device registration request with ID *************** already exists.” how can I skips this step???
@prepaconcours23 I think first you need to delete you device along with credentials and then re-register your device it should work.

I delete this filename(proprietie-cumulocity) but doesn’t work
You need to use a different deviceId. Since the old tenant is not deleted but suspended there is still a device with that id active in the platform.
