we have a group containing around 2300 assets
but when we try to choose all of them in smart rules by choosing “Activate all visible” we see that it is activate only for 2000, what is the reason?

The C8Y REST API will return a maximum of 2000 Objects in a single query. Cumulocity - OpenAPI This we are able to show only 2000 Devices in this list. This is a shortcoming in the UI.
As a workaround, the user can update the smart rule MOs by setting the enabledSources array to include the IDs of all subassets.
