Login & Sign-up
- If you are already an existing Cumulocity customer or partner, you can log in directly with your SSO account by clicking on Customers and Partners.
- If you are a Cumulocity Employee, please use the corresponding button.
- If you are not (yet) related to Cumulocity, please sign up by creating a new account.
Navigation
To understand the main navigation, here are a few words about categories and tags:
In the community, we distinguish between categories and tags.
While categories are like folders used to structure content, tags can be seen as annotations for every piece of content, independent of the folder the content is associated with.
On the left, you can find all main categories and tags. On the top left, you have a main navigation to access groups, users, and badges.
Hover over each category to see a short description.
On the top right, you can find the search function, your user profile, and options such as notification settings.
Notifications
All existing and new users are automatically subscribed to all new topics in the “News” and “Events” categories, ensuring you don’t miss any important updates.
In addition, all members of the “Cumulocity group” are automatically subscribed to the “Forum” and “Knowledge Base” categories.
You can customize your notifications for each category and tag by clicking on the “bell” icon on the top right and selecting the notification level that fits your needs.
Nice to know:
In your user profile, you can view all the categories and tags you are subscribed to and, of course, modify them there.
Tags
Tags are used on all content we publish, and as a user, we ask you to do the same. This means that if you find specific tags interesting, you can easily subscribe to them.

To structure discussions in the forum, each topic requires at least one tag from the “Cumulocity” tag group: device-connectivity, analytics, cumulocity-edge, thin-edge-io, platform-services, app-enablement, or device-management.
Each of these tags has sub-tags defined, which you can also use when selecting a parent tag.
For example: If you are interested in the Web SDK, you can find all relevant information at Topics tagged web-sdk.
