Hi, when I try to delete a device It gives me the choice to delete the device owner as well. If I dont tick this checkbox which deletes automatically device owner, I cannot re-create the same device again. How can I find this device owner in order to delete it if I did not tick the checkbox when deleting the device?
Device Management>Management>Device credentials should show it.
I would also recommend to contact your device integrator to correct this behavior. There is no technical requirement that prevents devices from being registered when the owner user already exists.
Though one current limitation is if the device user has been created with username/password, then currently you need to delete the user first before trying to register the device using certificate-based authentication.
